Layla Twinn
I'm Layla and I have over 20 years of experience working with children in Early Years with a particular focus with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Speech, Language and Communication delay and being SEND Mummy myself. Here at the Nurture Nook, I have developed a unique intervention programme that is entwined with our bespoke curriculum at munchkins nursery. This unique intervention places every child and their differences at the centre of our practice. When children grow it is not only important to focus on the academic side but to incorporate this in making connections to the way they learn and see the world.
Linda Wolfendale
I'm Linda and I have more than 15 years experience in childcare, as well as being a proud Mummy to my daughter with complex needs, both physical & medical. My life experience, has sparked a passion and understanding of children with additional needs & learning differences, which I have gone on to nurture through qualifications and training workshops. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to the Nurture Nook.
Abbie Dennis
I’m Abbie , I am a level 3 practitioner and am currently completing my Elklan training. I have worked in early years for just over 2 years and my focus has been around SEND and working towards my SENDCO qualifications.
